Hello everyone, I'm currently on deployment with the navy, I bought myself a kenne bell 2.1L supercharger for my 94Gt, it's already built up a little bit with nice cam, gt40 heads, 30lb injectors. I was doing some research and I believe that there's a snout difference between 94-95 years and 86-93 years, I know these kenne bells are hard to come by, esspically second hand, so I'm not so sure about finding another snout, it seems kind of impossible to me, but I was thinking about the pully patters, and what if I swapped 86-93 foxbody accessories onto the car, could that potentially fix my issue? I've just read a lot that it won't match up, or will be to long or short, I'm assuming they are the same engine just different accessories. I'm extremely knew to this realm and sn95s in general so any help would 100 be appreciated thank you!

Fox timing cover, water pump, front dress and throttle body and your good to go. Just remember the fox stuff is about 1.5" longer than the sn front dress. You may also need to address fan and rad clearence issues by moving them forward into the rad support. No big deal

It should all bolt on ? Is there anything else that might be a challenge in that department? This is my engine bay. I'll also show you the Intake and supercharger, is there an intake issue between foxs and 94-95s? I thought I read somewhere that there was a height difference, but I'm assuming it shouldnt matter if the front accessories are from a different vehicle anyway. Also can I keep my harmonic balancer ? Or does it need a different one because its not a stock engine. Thank you!

The only other thing that comes to mind is snout to hood clearence. Your harmonic balancer will be fine as long as its balanced for your motor. You will need a fox crank pulley to align with the fox assecories.

Have you done this kind of thing before? I'm new to superchargering, will I have to go to a dyno place to get it tuned?

A machine shop can handle shortening the supercharger snout. Thats of course the SC snout can accommodate the change. Im thinking the snout end having the material so that the bearing bore can be recessed. Disassembly of the snout would confirm this. And then shorten the drive shaft. Kind of a straight forward process for any machine shop.
