Ok so looking online it saying that the pass side is the right bank and driver side is left. Is this correct?

For future reference, on cars, driver always = left, passenger always = right. And that sucks :(

I'm just hoping there is no damage done. I haven't drove far and was easy on it while driving. Been trouble shooting for a couple months . Only put maybe 20 miles on it .

Probably no damage then. Since you said "cams" and not "cam" I'm assuming you have a mod motor. I don't know what the piston-to-valve clearance is like on those motors, but the risk you run is a valve hitting a piston. Other then that, and probably crappy driveability, I don't think it would have caused any damage. Just the annoyance of having to tear things back down to swap them.

What piston to valve clearance? lol

Lol well based on that, I'm guessing there isn't really any clearance on the mod motors. Then OP, be glad you didn't get a super long duration set of cams ;)

I think you would know by now if you had piston/valve contact ;) You are probably fine.
