Let's see your S281 wings

Just picked up an S281 wing from Saleen and having some fitment issues......So i'd like to see some others...if you have any close up pics that'd help to.

Here's what i'm dealing w/............guess if you heat them up they'll mold to fit the body better.

Sorry I dont have any pics or input, but your car is one of the sexiest, beautifulest, nicest looking SN95s I've ever seen! And that wing is gonna make it look even better. Im jealous. lol

wow, thats bad. mine fit perfect. even on both sides and flat on the back, but i did drill the front 2 holes bigger (on the trunk) to make it sit more flush.

Mine fit poorly also, i can't see your pics so i'm just guessing your ends stick up. I put a 40lb dumbell on each corner for the entire winter last year with fresh 2 sided tape and industrial glue and as soon as the temperatures hit 90+ it came loose...the only way to make it hold is add two screws to it. I used 2 stubby screws and so far so good...i can't post any pics on my comp until i get it fixed so can't help you there.

I've been looking at getting a S281 spoiler for mine, but some of you guys are having problems. Where did you guys get them from? Are they an ebay special or a Saleen product?

you should of read the thread in the tech, we dicussed this, everyone I know of has had fitment issues they usually keep the car in the sun with weights on the wing to bring it down flush, or similar methods warming and molding it. The ABC Exclusive's version of the S281 is supposed to fit great.

the knockoffs are actually better then Saleen, mine is Saleen 2bolt and sucks!

I'll try to call ABC about their wing.....mine just dosen't look like it sit as high in the rear as others either.

I'm not too fond of the tape method as well.

Here's mine just sitting on. (I kinda like it black)

I still need to have it mounted / painted.
It's a Saleen piece and the ends do stick up, they'll need to play with that?
