yea i'm wondering if the bbk will work with my 5.4 swap??? thats my question, since everyone is using the frpp ones. O well lol.

yea, summin like that. plus FRPP's have a bad tendency of cracking at the welds. JBA's dont do much of a hp gain either.. like 5hp we dyno proved that on a buddies stock 02 gt.

Was this an 1/8th mile track? If so then thats not a fair comparison. If it was a 1/4 mile then what were the differences? You going to lose some backpressure with shorties compared to stockers. Just like if you put an off road X on to replace your stock 6 cat H pipe. Your going to lose some low end grunt, but you will make it back up in the higher rpms, you have simply moved the powerband, not decreased it. Not only that but your running NO2(most people on here are NA) and you can't compare two different tracks on two different nights
