So my longtubes are on and she sounds great. But I have a question for all that it applies. Pass side was a tad close , and when turning over decent bumps I'm having a thud sound on pass floor board , anyone have issue with passenger side header touching the floor pan area?

Room is limited! Headers in an sn95 are known to be a pain. Just hope you never have to pull the tranny out. Headers complicate the situation.

Anything I can do to stop pass header from hitting the floor pan on bumps?

Make sure your engine mounts are good. If not, you could solid mount the engine and never worry about hitting things with the headers again.

My headers are TOUCHING in many spots but they dont make any noise lol. Thank you MM solid engine mounts.

Two engine mounts were replaced at the time of header install. Could I just use a Mallet and hammer the floor away from the collector?

Yeah, if you wanted too. How is your transmission mount though?
Still usable , shop kept tey8ng to oliedoke me into crap I didn't need. Like 150 bucks for two o2 sensors. Lol guy tried to tell me there was no such this as extentions lol. So I showed him the ones I ordered when I picked my ride up. Will it cause any problems hammering it out the way?

It wont cause problems per say, your just knocking the floor up a little bit. Just dont hit it too much, then youll feel it inside the car.

So a good hammer and a block of wood to get past the header should do it then?

Passenger side accommodates the starter and its taking up a substantial amount of header room.

Solid mounts do help out alot.

O2's are extended by cutting, splicing, heat shrink tubing....forget blowing money on extentions. Who has money?

Solid mounts may drop the engine down a tad, gaining some floor clearance.

I'm just gonna mod the floor pan. Any ideas on what to use to bang it up? Pry bar ? Regular hammer?

Scram speed sells motor mounts shims, might help out a bit but it'll throw the drivers side off a bit. Some grinding and a bfh should do the job as well. Longtubes are a pita unless it's a truck.
