the kid was uninjured in the crash, but claimed by the court date that he suffered light sensitivity due to the wreck.

i totalled a test drive car once... not my fault. drunk mexican decided he didnt want to wait behind the car sitting in the left hand turning lane for traffic to pass and pulled over into oncoming traffic (ME!!!). luckily i had been a Domino's delivery driver for 3+ years with a company (franchise) that provided its drivers with defensive driving and "safe" driving classes once a year. i moved to the right and took a glancing hit down the drivers side instead of a head on O0

the craziest thing was my oldest daughter (baby at the time) was in her car seat right behind me. glass was everywhere, all over me, my wife (at the time), the car but there wasnt a speck on my daughter!
