no tuner close by that you trust? I have the same problem and I am knee deep in installing a Holley EFI HP set up in my car to hopefully fix it.

I got it handled now. I talked to Mike Lavigne. He is gonna be using the quarterhorse to tune my car in the near future. ;)

I used the quarterhorse / binary editor and EEC analyzer to tune my 94 by my self. I've taken a lot of direction from efidynotuning.com and eectuning.org.
