Who should I go with? I already have a mac cat-back on the car, but it just isn't quite loud enough for me. What do you guys have and do you have any clips?

Are you gonna keep cats on your mid pipe or are you going to have an o/r one? That will make the biggest difference in how loud it is.

This is off stangnet....

I dont want an open h-pipe because of emissions. However Im not too sure about what they claim that doesnt seem exactly right.

Go with the catted h-pipe and the MAC catback. The MAC catback is loud and IMO sounds great. I f you are interested I have a BBK catted h-pipe with 2500 miles on it. If you have any questions about it just pm me.

I would go with the MAC since you already have it. I think you will get what you are looking for if you change the h-pipe.

Dont think he wants one..... I live in California the leading emissions testing state by far and I have one. Along with 2 other friends of mine. We just swap in the stocker come smog time.

I used that chart and decided on the MAC catback since it was listed as the loudest. Honestly I think my 88 5.0 with Flows on it was considerably louder BUT i did have an off road H-pipe so Im waiting to put on an off road H on my new car and see if that will open her up a little more.

just get the flowtech stinger catback from summit, its cheap and its good, they are dumped before the axle, so no tailpipes, its loud and when you want; you can un-cap them and run no muffler and be really loud
