Hello all spent last 3 races fighting ignition and fuel issues. To come to the reality, that my scoop may be the base cause of all the issues. Seems at top end speed its trying to ram so much air into the carb. That it's essentially hydro locking up the carb and starving the engine of fuel. Finally git a video of the AFR meter . Going as leen as 17.0:1. Then it would act like ignition failure. FinLly spoke to some people to find out they hD same issue on much larger CI, engines. They had to drill relief holes in the back of the scoop to reduce the ram effect. Then worked with jetting and squirter size to keep the engine happy. So now it's onto making the scoop work without destroying my engine
