Not on here... I trusted a shop I bought a low mileage rotating assembly with 1 bad piston. They had records (and I did too just not part numbers).... bought a replacement piston with their info.... guess it was wrong cause that 20 grams is huge. Unless its one of the old pistons.regardless I'm buying brand new pistons ...... just annoyed
sucks when saving a few bucks costs us a few extra bucks in the end. There are some parts I don't mind buying use to cut corners and save a few bucks but precision items like a piston I would probably save for a little longer to get NIB. Might have not even been the dudes fault that shipped as it might have been a simple mix-up but then again it might not have been.
it sucks and was a tough lesson for me to learn on a set of used head. Be glad your guy caught it now and not on the dyno like mine did or you would learn a real expensive lesson.
