Hi Guys, So just another non-SN95 build. This time its a ford. My dad's 2007 GT/CS. So far, the car has a xenon quarter window scoops, trufiber hood, rough spoiler, an x-pipe, flow master super 44's, K&N CAI, and BC racing coilovers. Also, my dad, ran into a curb.......so we replaced the wheel bearing and looking to get a new set of wheels. So if you have any suggestions, post them up! For now, enjoy the pictures below. Nice car! That duck tail tho! There is more wheel options for these cars then there are SN95's! Are you looking for 18,19, or 20"? Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
KMC at CJ Pony Parts: Probably my favorite next to the Forgestar wheel- Performance Pack style American Muscle: RTR wheels: Last but not least Forgestar: Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
The last Forgestar and RTR look to similiar to my wheels, so those are out. I like the KMC or the Performance pack. He was also looking at some Enkeis.
So a while back, my dad decided to be a typical mustang owner and plow his car to the curve. Strut got loose, tie rod boot riped, and the bearing went to poop. Also, the wheel bent. So for a while he was rolling with the stocks till he decides what he wanted to do. He decided to keep his wheels and replace the bent one. And get them all repainted
My dad wanted to paint his calipers without taking them off. So he asked me if he can do that. My reply was yes of course, thats what i did and they came out fine. So my dad thought it would be a brilliant idea to cake up hi-temp paint on the caliper, hat, and mounting surface, on all 4 corners. And when i say cake, i mean CAKED. I got a call that he got stuck, the car wouldnt move. 2 hours later and some paint remover and brake cleaner, all 4 corners move freely. Moral of the story, take off your calipers, or dont cake paint on the rotors.
very overplayed, but he likes it. I cant convince him otherwise haha. I like how it looks too, but not my style.
