how much HP can 30lb injectors handle?
I would think they would max out around 390 ish. 24's max out around 330ish. All depends on the tune really.
wow, i didnt know you could run 30lb injectors with a blower, i aways see nothing less than 36.
i have 42#
i had 19# maxed those and was gonna go 30# but they said it was pointless to pay for 30's when you could pay a little more and get 42's and have a little more room to play
they have different levels when NA and boosted...i wish i saved the chart but someone explained it to me before...basically on a blown car they will max out @330rwhp so i woudn't use them in a blown car.
well i have been using 30lb injectors in my car and at 5000 rpm in an gear it goes lean HARD!!! so i put in a 255 in tank and that didn't change anything so the only thing it could be are injectors :dunno:
i made 357hp/399tq and still using my 24lbs no lean conditions here
thats crazy. by any chance are you using a fmu??
very lucky you are young jedi :noes:
is luke your father?
I would switch out for 30#'ers at least.
ya I'm trying to get some 42lb right now it's hard to open you wallet for 379.00 so i am trying to get some used ones
my car runs so rich w/ 42's and two fuel pumps I could run a v6 off my fumes...lol
i found some injectors for cheap they are out of a 1990 mustang will the work in my 98
Im pretty sure they have the same injector harness clips.
If you can, get 42lbs... i got 60lb's on mine... no chance of geting lean on that... cant risk it on 17 psi...
Ya i just got some 42lb injectors we will see if that fixes it. i have had this blower on my car for almost a year now and i still have not been able to go balls out in it yet :nonono: by the time i get it running right the motor will blow and i will have to wait in till i have enough money to get my MMR motor. I'm just bitching  i would do it all over again
What are you running for engine management? Stock tune with an FMU? Or a no-shit chip and tune?
xcal 2, and Amazon Tuning Solutions is doing the tuning
