Hello 98 4.6 changed coils, and plugs and wires. One wire at a time. And now it spits and sputters, won't rev above 2500 been fighting this for over 3 months. I'd like to drive this car before 24 ends

Does it have a miss at idle? I would pull the injector connectors one at a time to find which cylinder or cylinders are missing. Then I would check the offending cylinder with a spark tester. Does it have spark? If not maybe one of the wires are defective or not pushed in all the way. There are ignition wiring diagrams on the net, I would double check the firing order.

Found the issue worked for a year, now after sitting a month I have a crank no start and theft light flashing fast. My gt convertible does not have a fuel pump driver in the trunk. Only the ccrm under passenger fender. Unless there's something I'm missing, verified relays in engine compartment are good as well as fuses. My car will run for short time on starting fluid, and during trouble shooting, now fuel pump has no power. Pump and filter are new. I wouldn't be surprised if chinesium instant blow motor. But what else I can look at to get my car going again . Is the a test connection similar to ford trucks. Hidden

You hear the fuel pump prime before start attempt? Do the injectors pulse while start attempt? If you hear pump, have good rail pressure and no injector pulse id say its security related. If this is a security thing youll need a tuner to shut off the "pats" security

It could be as simple as a flat battery. It may have just enough juice to engage the starter but if it's dropping enough voltage during startup and doesn't have the ampacity to power on other critical things simultaneously.....yea.

New battery and a booster. Ya I thought that much thru. I don't getbthevtheft crap flashing. It's the only key I have for the car. Since I bought it

No pump, no power to pump. Relay in engine box and fuses good, only thing left is the ccrm
