Hello 98 4.6 changed coils, and plugs and wires. One wire at a time. And now it spits and sputters, won't rev above 2500 been fighting this for over 3 months. I'd like to drive this car before 24 ends

Checked fuel pressure, 42psig. Next is cam and crank sensors. Its a auction buy, so not much history knownWhen did it start and what have you done to try and fix it other than replace the coils and wires?
Timing could that be cam sensor.
New battery and a booster. Ya I thought that much thru. I don't getbthevtheft crap flashing. It's the only key I have for the car. Since I bought itIt could be as simple as a flat battery. It may have just enough juice to engage the starter but if it's dropping enough voltage during startup and doesn't have the ampacity to power on other critical things simultaneously.....yea.
No pump, no power to pump. Relay in engine box and fuses good, only thing left is the ccrmYou hear the fuel pump prime before start attempt? Do the injectors pulse while start attempt? If you hear pump, have good rail pressure and no injector pulse id say its security related. If this is a security thing youll need a tuner to shut off the "pats" security
