motor build up

buddy wants a windsor now in his 95gt ......n/a 400 to the wheels and spray....so this is what i thought.....let me know what you think....
351-.030, forded pistons and rods....stock crank....9:0:1, around a tfs stage 1 cam, world heads, and either a tf or eddy intake system with a 150-200 shot of spray ...75mm mass and tb.....30lb injectors....(roller conversion) and roller rockers...

mild enough to drive and WELL over enough power to make the number you want. A 331/347 would be able to do it too.
