That's who I use, but my car is under their Hot Rod policy. I think I have something like 3k-5k miles per year, and needs to be garage kept at owners home address. I had to send them pictures of the car and the garage it's in. I just have regular plates and do NJ mandated inspection every two years. I can drive where I want and whenever I want as long as it's kept in the garage and under the yearly allowed mileage.
that sounds exactly like what I have.

IIRC, this Hot Rod policy is for modified vehicles i.e. modified motors, installed supercharger/ turbos etc. Anything that was stock but been replaced by OEM/ aftermarket upgraded and go fast parts.

Everything we own now gets M1. The Mustang gets 10w30, the F150 and Jeep are 5w20, and the Acura has 0w20 running through it. M1 on sale at Costco is a pretty good deal.

Filters are Motorcraft for the Fords, a K&N element for the Jeep (less $ than OEM), and either Bosch or M1 for the Acura.

We just had M1 on sale at work. I picked up 5w/20 for the Ram and the Jeep. Running 10w/30 in the Stanger.

RAU,
I like Valvoline as well. I’m told that NAPA brand is made by Valvoline. And NAPA oil filters by WIX.
Anyone confirm or deny?

The filters i dont know
But there was a time when most of the ford dealerships
Were told to use Valvoline oil
Not really sure why
Motor craft was short on stock rumors
motorcraft and Valvoline are the same
Valvoline is the supplier

Filters: motorcraft and then wix
Oil: always oem weight, blend(on some cars only) or full synthetic, what ever brand is on sale.

I switched to havoline recently because it comes in a 6 quart container and is cheaper than motorcraft. No problems so far.

Oil filters, only motorcraft. I know wix is supposed to be as good as oem but I’ll stick to motorcraft.

Congrats on the new toy! If it's a '94 or' 95, they call for 10W30. Motorcraft filters are the best choice.

The decals look nothing like the painted version
You will notice it quick
Pull the filter out of the box before buying it
