Motorsport gears the best??

    Im about to purchace 4.10s and I was told motorsports are the best and never whine. are there any cheaper gears out there jus as good?

    my opinion, gears are gears. I have never heard that some whine moe than others. I have always heard the whine is dependant on the install and shimming. but i could be wrong

    I used motive gears last time, they were cheap and worked great, I hear Richmods are notorious for whining.

    yeah i was told Richmods and Motive gears whine alot. u didnt have this problem?

    i have motorsport gears and they are awesome did the install my self and never whined

    Def go with the Motorsport, made by ford for a ford.

    i want to but is it worth the extra 150-200 dollars more? jegs sells gears for 115. im on a tight budget, wont these be ok?

    haha its sounds like i should jus go with ford racing, is 180 the cheapest FR gears out there (4.10s). or does anyone know of cheaper?? im buying them tomorro at lastest so thanks for ur help

    165 was the cheapest i found for fr 4.10s but the shipping is 27 for that site. :'( im broke and want gears

    Just go for Jegs or look up 'Motive Gear' I got my motives on ebay for like $100 after shipping.

    IMO, Yes, FMS gears are worth the extra money. That or Richmond is the only way to go, I've broken Ring and Pinon's in my 4wd's, I don't mind spending a little now for higher quality.

    but thanks, how much would be a good deal on install? i gotta guy who will install them for 300 garenttee no whine and changes the lube after 2 weeks.

    Why would he need to swap out the lube after 2 weeks??
