1. Put the car on ramps
2. Get 3 people, to hold it up under the bumper evenly!
3. Get a Silver Sharpie, and where the 13 holes are mark inside the holes
4. After its mocked up, get a drill and make 13 holes...
5. Start putting in the 13 tabs to hold up the chin spoiler
6. then last get the screws with a screw driver and put them in

getting it to re-form after you take it out of the box is the biggest headache Im pretty sure it installs simple.......just some screws and its good to go....right?

there is no difference between the 94-98 chin spoiler and the 99-04 they are the same part # here is one of mine

Mustangtuning said that the 94-98 bumpers a longer than the 99-04's so if you would take a orginal chin spoiler from a mach 1 and tack it on, it wont go around to the end of the bumper....

i had some diamond clears but i am waiting on my smoked headlights just have my stockers in for now
