Heres a few of us before we left for the Ford Inn pub [yes really ] this summer, we all met at Sainsburys to the amazement of some shoppers.
Later we met up with some more from the other side of the country, it was a great day out.

So is it true that over there Mustangs are consideres rare cars? Basically like BMW's and the like are in the USA?

If so thats pretty cool.

I think they have more of a rarity and a cool status over here, anyone can go and buy a BMW or Audi and they wont get a second glance, not even your M5's.
Theres probably more Mercs, Beemers and Audi's here than in Germany.
Most people are afraid of LHD cars, never mind big capacity V8s, they are certainly in a class of their own.
Over the years certain US manufacturers have had official imports into the UK, and newer ones are already here.
But the Mustang has never been officially imported, even a brand new one carries no official Ford warranty, only the likes of Saleen etc, will send you new parts if things fail.
So you have to really want one to buy one, and quite a few of us have.
