'95 TEAL GT: crap stock 2:73 gears:(
BBK 70MM TB
BBK Fenderwell intake
Screamin demon coil
LiveWire 8mm blue wires
170 thermo
130amp alt
BBK O/R H pipe
Flowmaster american thunder cat back
Ford Performance Hurst shifter
stifflers trans crossmember
urethane rack bushings

Shes sitting on chrome DD 17x9/10.5" 03 cobra replicas and steeda sport lowering springs and koni str-t orange. Other than a typical full tune up with a bunch of new sensors, plugs, cap and rotor, fuel filter etc. and bumped timing to 14ish degrees she stock and runs great. Oh and of course the zip tie accelerator mod ;). Only thing I'm trying to determine is an idle stumble..could be nothing or could be vacuum leak so I'm building a smoke machine to figure it out.

Day 1:

More paint correction. Debadged and re-badged, Tune up, and yes that is an air filter not the internals of a cut up oil filter:eek:. Added rims and tires, lowering springs, new front control arms, rack bushings and shocks.

Thanks RAU03MACH! I’m not sure on the mods yet. I’m currently wrestling with that. She’s running pretty good at the moment just a little slow. I just did a little research and it looks like 95 was not only the last year for the 5.0 but was the last year they offered teal as a color option, so I’m not sure how far I want to modify this car.

I’d love a cobra front bumper and get then car resprayed. For power I’m not sure if I just want to do H/C/I or go all out with a dart 363.

There's a lot of different options and opinions
On this site , kinda look through all the different threads it will give you an idea
Me on a 5.0 I ran a nice set of ford aluminum heads that match the cam
Cold air intake kit to match , cobra roller rocker set
You would have to think about the prices on some of this stuff to
It can get out of hand quickly
What ever you do , just enjoy it because life is to short and enjoy the hobbies of it

Just realized from the close up of the dealer sticker you posted that you're not that far from me if you are still close to that dealership in PA. They have a great cars and coffee at the Steel Stacks in Bethlehem. Should totally bring this thing out!

Holy hell that thing is really clean! Very nice car. Unmolested versions of these cars are getting increasingly difficult to find. But you are here, and probably have the same genetic disorder as the rest of the people here (myself included) and have the itch to mod it!

I fell down the rabbit hole with mine, but have loved (and kinda hated) every bit of time I have spent modding the car. Been a learning experience to say the least.

Very tasteful work done so far, and I need to do that to my taillights as well, they are pretty faded/flat.

Hey Akurma, thanks for the reply. I'm not in PA, that's where I bought the car from. I live in upstate NY. I bought it from C Pizzano Auto Sales in Wyoming PA. I would imagine the decal is where it was originally sold out of. It would be cool to find out the history on the car though. Sounds like it was always a local car to that area.

Thanks 50HSN95. I totally agree and I searched long and hard for something like this. Even modded ones in good shape were hard to come by. I prefer to buy stock so I don't inherit others problems or poor workmanship, also then I know 100% whats been done to the car. I like my cars to have factory reliable and drive-able drive trains and suspension but also have tons of power. Ill probably make a decision this winter what I want to do and start collecting parts to work on it next winter.

I had a super mint '91 strawberry GT Ill post up pics of that I also searched far and wide for. Once I got it home and drove it for a few months and amassed parts I just couldn't bring myself to modify it as it was the cleanest almost factory fox I had ever seen. And that's searching across multiple states. The paint was perfect, the interior, all the seals. I had a 351 in my 96 bronco that I was going to swap power plants between but I refused to mess with that car and ended up selling it.
