looks like someone put vertical tail lights on for you...

I put the 160 cobra cluster in and vertical lights. This was what I loved about my 97 Cobra and easily reproduced it with these two cheap ebay items.

I still have one extra black vertical light as I actually got three. Plus I have the originals still also.
