Awww Dang! You got an unmolested stang, which is unheard of. Congratulations! And welcome to the forums.

if it were me and my car id start focusing on all the 30yr old rubber and replacing it. Things like ball joints, A-arm bushings, control arm bushings, door and window seals, engine hoses, brake lines.....just get the car revived road worthy and in between all that clean the car up with a good wash and wax. Maybe polish up the head lights.

Over in the build project threads start yourself a build thread and keep everyone here updated with your cars progress.

Cosmetics are entirely subjective.. to me the paint is the biggest detractor on that car and it always looks silly when people spend money on random other cosmetic parts for a car that would catch a whole lot more compliments if it just had a good paint job.

Those front ball joints have a 100% failure rate over time so if yours are original it's when not if ... it's not that they're fragile they're just decades old & when they let go they let go. Most people would agree it's less work and better in the long run to just replace the whole control arms rather than press out the ball joints unless you're on a crazy tight budget.
