I can usually go for about 2 days if I'm feeling able then it knocks me flat on my back for about 3 or 4 days when I'm not able to do much more than let the swelling and inflamed nerves settle down and my legs start to feel a lil less numb.. It's really frustrating cause that's what happens when I just do shit like normal ppl do, not really anything that would really be considered overdoing it for a regular person. Glad you've got a helper that makes a big difference! My X wife really helps me out a lot when she's able to, I'm really thankful for her..
