I'm helping a buddy of mine do a wire tuck and remove pins for items he will no longer be using (EGR, AC, etc). While working on the engine harness, we came across a plug we cannot remember what its for. Its location would be near the timing cover/cam cover on the passengers side. It's the wire that my thumb is touching. We popped the hood on a 2001 GT and it does not have a connector in this location. I had a 2000 GT that I did wiring too, and do not remember this connector.
It is much smaller than an injector connector. It is in between the coolant temp sensor and the radio suppressor. It's a 2004 GT.
Also, does anyone have a schematic of the engine wiring harness pin outs where it plugs in by the firewall? Would be nice to have.
