Need advice help to remove thin head bolt

Need help whoever replaced my IAC- idle air control valve last time must of used a diffrent 12 - 14 mm it looks like for bottom bolt. and i tryed with every socket and extension and adjustable craftsman set pics attached, But noticed its so shallow compared to the top one. Top one came out easy with a regular 8mm socket , but ive tryed everything to get this bottom one out but its in such a bad place and small head on it regular socket hits. See attached pics anybody have a pic / part # what socket or suggested tool/ one to buy to get this thing loose and off . Attached are pics of both i tryed to use and wont work. I cant think any other way. Is it called a "thin wall" or shallow socket to get this one out ? Seems like since person put wrong bolt on the bottom I will have to take the full top end off. Cold air throttle body / intake then to get the iac off? Hoping I can just get this bolt loose it will be easy swap out new gasket and IAC valve so I don't have to do it the hard way?

This bolt bottom of IAC. All my sockets dont attach its very thin / shallow. And regular socket hits on IAC valve .20201108_181919.jpg

you might need to use a wrench to remove it which would require that the intake be removed.

Yea I don't have much room for a wrench I guess throttlebody is coming off altogether then I will take it off

It seems to me when I took the one off the 94 I had it made it easier to take the fuel lines off and I had more room to get to it that way.. maybe that'll help??
