Need fuel issue help

My buddies 01 cobra looses fuel pressure shortly after start up,we put a new fuel pump in,fpdm and fprs,even temporary wired the pump directly to battery and the car still dies,goes down to no fuel pressure and shuts off..Before it does actually shut off it throws the p0190 fprs code..Starts up everytime runs for 5 seconds then dies regardless if the pump is powered by the fpdm or directly to a battery...The car does have aeromotive fuel rails and fprs adapter but that shouldn't be a problem...Any advice would help thanks
