Hi guys..... Can I put cone seat lug nut on aftermarket cobra r rims for a 95 gt convertible. I was told bulge seat lug nut but can't find any in my area. The lug nuts I want to use are mcgard 64000 cone seat lug nut 1/2 20 13/16 hex.
Please let me know if these lug nuts will work.
thank you for your time.

Just buy a set of lug nuts off Americanmuscle.com

I have no clue what lugs you're speaking of though. If they're stock type lugnuts you can buy at your local parts store, chances are they'll be really tight inside the lug holes.

Any parts store worth a damn will let you open a product to try a lug on your wheel, as long as you buy them if they fit. Most of them sell individual lug nuts also.

Thanks for the replies everyone. .. Turns out the lug nuts I was asking about do not work on the rims. The acorn bulge nuts are the right ones due to the increased seating surface. I got lucky and finally found some at a parts shop that had some in old stock. So all is well.
Again Thanks everyone!

Very few cars actually use bulge seat (ball seat) lugnuts. One of the only ones that I can think of off hand is a Honda.
