Need help diagnosing

Alright, I've been fighting this car for MONTHS trying to get it figured out and I keep finding thing after thing after thing that could be my issue and it either helps a little or it'll fix that problem entirely which allows a different issue to rear its ugly head up. I'm not gonna do the full write up on what the car is and what I've done in the post but if you're knowledgeable on these cars and willing to help please please pm me and I can give you all the info. This is my first mustang and my first 4.6 but I've been wrenching and building cars for about 10 years or so now so I like to think I'm pretty mechanically fluent. Any help or recommendations on where to go is greatly appreciated

Also, you are more than welcome to post all of your info here. There may be folks in the future with the same problem that could benefit from the troubleshooting.
