Need help finding replacement pads

I have a 1992 Mustang GT with a 5 lug rear end swap from a 95 Mustang gt. It has a Baer Brake kit that I don’t think is made anymore. The rear pads are completely shot and I cannot seem to find a definitive replacement. Hoping someone might have experience with this and can help me

When I did my baer big brake upgrade it was one of those things where I was getting ready to get an automated system or someone to transfer me but was amazed that when I called a person answered the phone and they didn't need to transfer me to to someone that knew brakes, it was an actual brake dude. Super nice guys and I bet a short call and maybe an email and they would have you sorted out.
