Need Help With Vacuum Lines!!

I know there hundreds of vacuum threads but i searched and found very little information to help me.The previous owner of my car had very little care for what he did and left a mess for me to fix. Ever since i got the car i noticed non of the vacuum lines make sense.I decided to fix this and pre-order my upper intake gasket just to remove it and do the whole system right.I tried to follow several diagrams but non of them work for my situation.My car has a smog pump delete,egr delete and seems like a charcoal canister delete.

-Charcoal canister is on the right fender of the car? (looking from the front)
-I tried taking pictures and color coding to make it easier any input helps thank you.
-If i try to follow other diagrams my vac lines are completely messed up.

Charcoal box should be behind the fender liner/splash sheild on the passenger side (on the left when you are looking at the wheel).
