Need street tire

I have 275/50/15 Mickey Thompson ET streets on15x8 prostars on my 96 gt. I'm looking for a street tire to swap out..
Does anyone know what a 255/60/15 would look like on it? Just want to find a daily driving street tire when take the ETs off. I have B lowering springs.

You honestly could go with a set of BFG radial T/A or even Cooper Cobra GT tires. They would do the job just fine.

This is a 275/50r15 on the back.



The 255/60 will be noticeably taller.

FWIW, I put a set of Coopers on my wife’s Grand Cherokee last time around and they’ve been super good: quiet; lasting long; and better than the BFG T/A Radials that I ran in the past on my early driving days cars. ‘Course that was 30* yrs ago and I’d HOPE BFG’s rubber technology has improved.
I also have been very happy with Bridgestone truck & car tires.
