I have a 95 5.0 with an edlebrock RPM II intake manifold. I’m wondering what would be the best cam and heads for my set up?

Other engine mods are 24lb injectors, BBK MAF calibrated to 24lb injectors, BBK cold air intake, and 70mm BBK throttle body.

There is no best setup, it all depends on what you want the car to do. For a start, your intake is one that is meant for higher RPM applications.

I and many others have had trickflows working reliably for years now but they are not the most budget friendly. Budget normally determines what you go with unless you are willing to save up to get something good if that is what it takes. personally I find it is cheaper/faster to save a little for a reliable name than to slap something in that is cheap and hope it works. I always end up replacing them with a more expensive reliable part myself but some people have better luck than me.

Cylinder Head options that should work with stock pistons and cam no more than .500 lift on your 1995 Ford 5.0:

Best for Mild Upgrade: GT40/GT40P

Best Budget Option: SVE 170cc

Best Name-Brand Alternative to SVE: Edelbrock E-Street

Best All-Around Performer: AFR 165cc

Best Highest Flow Choice Without Piston Mods: Trick Flow Twisted Wedge 170cc

Note: it’s always best to check piston to valve clearance.

That is a pretty solid list there, I myself am determining whether I want some GT40's or the 170cc SVE heads (both will see a machine shop) for when I begin tearing into the motor
