Need suspension help quick...

Whenever I go over a slight bump or I turn my steering wheel left or right there is a squeeking sound.
Everything I drive over it squeeks and it is so annoying. I have been doing searches and couldn't
decide if it was the ball joints, tie rod ends, or whatever. I need help fast. What should I do?

i had the same problem, it ended up being the front control arms. but I would take it to a shop to find the extact problem.
