I've finally got some money set aside to fix up the appearence of the stang. I'm going to go with a set of Bilsteins all around, MM C/C plates, and H&R Supersports. I also pondered the idea H&R 1inch spacers for the back to make the back tires look less tucked in. But I also thought of another idea; going with bigger / different rims. I really like the rims that i have on now...

(sorry for the pic quality.. just getting a quick shot)

they are chrome and i love them(stock width). But would it be worth it to sell them, and just buy new rims just to get more beef out back?

This is not a classified.. but how much do you think I could sell these rims for? The chrome is still perfect and no dings anywhere. Im just trying to get an idea on how much more I'd be paying in the end?

And if I decided to go with new rims, I have no idea what would look good once the car is lowered. Opinions would be greatly appreciated.

call around locally and see if someone around you can widen your wheels in the rear... I loved how those look... Mine were chrome too, but no where near as nice a condition as those.. If they were, I would probably still be rocking them.

this place also seems to have great testimonials from many reputable dealers around town. BMW, Toyota, Chevy, Ford Dealers seem to love this place. Should that make me lean towards this place?

I have to agree with keeping those wheels and widening the rear....they look great and will be badass once it's dropped. Black top would really set it off too IMO, but oddly enough i like that color on yours.

If you can afford it... put a set of DRs on the back for running the ponys. Other wise keep it simple. I'm going to have two sets of tires/wheels. One set for the track and one for the road. Respect at all levels is my goal.

My neighbor's dog is howling... got to see what's up with that... :dunno:
