A customer gave me an extra one he had laying around... I set it on my car. It almost makes it look like a taller new edge hood. Not sure if i like it or not.

I want to say it doesn't look right, but i think it could grown on me cause its a little different... IDK prob gonna just pass it on to someone who needs it. They're hard to find.

That second picture is real blurry around the hood. Could you get another side shot of it, and maybe another from the front but a little higher up? Im really interested to see this.

It's a bit too small imo. A member on here had a purple SN with a fox body hood scoop and it was just the right size.

My coworker had one on his when he bought it, he's since painted it so I can't get any recent shots but I can dig for some

It's not terrible but it's a little to square looking for 94-98's IMO

damn I probably should have just bought one of those and covered it with CF rather then making my own.

It doesn't look bad, but unless you are making a functional ram-air system, hood scoops are useless. But don't listen to me, I am all about function, not form. I think non-functioning scoops and vents are just bull$#!+ posturing, ricer nonsense.

The idea should be to cram as much cool outside air into the engine as possible, and evacuate as much hot under-hood air out of the engine bay as you can. I literally do not understand everyone's obsession with cowl induction hoods, and hoods with scoops that aren't ducted to the air filter. You should want as little air entering the engine bay as possible, unless it is going directly to the air filter.

Hood scoops aren't actually adding air, they are for looks, so there's no reason to be so upset.

Very rarely does anyone actually cut a section out to install the scoop, and then all that does is create drag.

Looks alright, but I wouldn't do it. Doesn't really match the body lines.
