Sweet car One question tho, why do a lot of cobra owners use the word "poisonous" with their cars?? Snakes are not poisonous. They produce venom, making em venomous. Just curious. This message courtesy of crapatalk!
Venom - a poisonous substance secreted by animals such as snakes, spiders, and scorpions and typically injected into prey or aggressors by biting or stinging. I think poisonous is a fine word?
I don't want to clog up the new guys thread but I'd love to know where you got the info you posted. Venom and poison are completely different and not alike or listed together at all. Poison is something that is either eaten or absorbed thru the skin and into the digestive system. Venom is directly injected by a mechanism, stinger or fangs, and affects the body thru the blood stream. Snake handlers at zoos will tell you there is no such thing as a "poisonous" snake. I have a close friend whose job is exactly that. End of rant This message courtesy of crapatalk!
Dictionary. I get what you're saying, but they're very commonly used interchangeably. It's about the "action" of transferring the substance, ones its in they're pretty much the same thing. poi·son·ous -(of an animal) producing poison as a means of attacking enemies or prey; venomous. Regardless, cool plate and cool car!
Just got some work done. Got my bbk x pipe and Borla attak exhaust on the car. Must say she sounds nasty. Now I have to wait to post on the for sale post as I have a bunch of parts to sell.
