The reason it only works with the TMI upholstery is because the factory upholstery is glued down to the foam. The TMI stuff is desigened to be hog ringed to the foam. I also think the shape of the TMI stuff is slightly different than the factory stuff. I havent got my front seats redone yet so I cant say. I've done the back seat so far and the worst part was getting the covers off, otherwise it wasnt to bad. The fronts should be easier since I'm not reusing the foam. I think with the foam and new covers I have about $620 in it. I was getting quotes of $500 local just to redo the front two seats with the factory foam. I think this was the better route to go personally.

Removed the s197 tracks, drilled a few holes and mounted the sn95 tracks directly to the seats.. Fit like a glove!

power part works i take it? What about heated seats?

Picky, picky!!! Lol, I went manual tracks to save weight. However, you can use the S197 stuff if you're proficient with a welding machine and create a way to adapt to the sn95 bolt pattern. As for the heater, what year s197 has heated seats? Our '05 doesn't but you would only need a power source and a ground.

Look up Mika and view his build thread for the adaptors...

After seeing the Corbeau TRS wide seats - http://corbeau.com/reclining-seats/trs.html

Thinking i want those now need to find a place to try one out and i shall start saving for those after my damn wheels get instock..

Grand Total $1,181.38 shipped w/ seat heater on driver side

Edit: Note: Wide seats will only fit 79-93 Mustangs if no console is used. Will not fit with factory console

Dang guess that saves me 100 bucks
