New to engine swaps

I’ve got a ‘97 v6 vert that I’ve swapped a carbed 5.0 into with a t5. I’ve got most of it sorted out but need a little information on a few things being that this is my first time swapping an engine totally alone. I know the bell housing on the fox is 5/8 shorter then the SN, so I’m unsure what drive shaft to use. Also, would the vacuum boost breaks be applicable and are there any differences between the fox style parts and SN style parts, if so, what should I use? Has anyone else done something similar and is there anything totally unexpected I should be ready to run into? Thanks in advance

Have a think about the interior, the shorter bellhousing moves the shifter forwards...
