New upgrades to help problem???

Okay heres the situation on my gt i deleted the smog pump and egr correctly i think since no cel is coming on....it seems like im running rich from the smell and i was wondering if i upgraded to a bbk70mm if that would cure this...also are the bbk shorties good headers or should i try those new flowtech shorties in summit....

I checked my A/F and it smells rich but it actually isn't. Check with a scanner hooked up and see what it is registering at. Upgrading a TB and headers are not going to solve your problem if your running rich. One of the first things to check if you actually are running rich is your MAF. Clean it first and clean your IAC those determine alot of how much fuel/ air. Those are the first things.
