Hey guys, I just recently got into the automotive world, so I'm still mostly a newb, but the Mustang was by far my biggest eye catcher when it comes to cars. I've been saving up for some time now and recently bought a '97 Mustang GT 4.6L and I'm still just discovering everything about it. Any helpful tips and tricks as to how to maintain and get the best out of my newfound hobby would be appreciated! Go easy on me, though. I'm still learning this stuff, okay guys? Good to meet y'all.
Welcome! For basic tips and tricks, you'll get the usual "do the proper maintenance on your car" type answer. A new-to-you older car almost requires the new owner to go through the normal things and either check, clean or replace them, things like spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, engine air filter, etc. For the real tips and tricks, it's generally easier for us if you ask a question, something like "hey, how do I <insert thing>." Then we are all over that.
