hello all. I know this is a sn95 forum and I have a classic, however Im using all sn95 front everything. Have a AJE subframe , struts and sn95 spindles, rock auto “13 in mach 1 front brakes (poor mans cobra swap) , sn95 steering rack with bumpsteer kit. Also running a 2002 navigator 5.4dohc inside the shaved towers. A coyote 5.0 intake manifold and injectors and DBW throttle body on adapter plates. Its mated to a 2004 4r70w. So I guess I can sort of say Im a good mix of sn95 stuff. Even have 2002 gt front/back seats.
Using holley terminator max to control the eng/trans.
Exhaust is a 3” full aluminum exhaust from the downpipe back with a x and h pipe. So much is custom built to make it all fit and work like the coolant lines to the radiator and intake pipe that was an old explorer drivesahft. Hell the brakes are a tesla ibooster remote master brake cylinder thats actuated by a clutch slave.
I have used this forum to look up swap questions and get ideas.

Dang that 5.4l in there tight! Looks really good tho! If it were me, I would begin to hate the car if that engine needed to come out! Its such a biga$$ engine.

Welcome to the forums tho! Dont be a stranger. Be sure to check back daily and post often.

Great job. Looks clean too.
Hope you never need to remove a valve cover.

Very cool! I’m really curious about this Tesla brake booster. Could you share some info on that?

It was/is a pain. Luckly I did a rebuild before dropping it in. If I ever need to take a valvecover off it will def need to be taken out.

What would you like to know? I used the youtube channel “follow the build” as a guide for the wiring of it. I also used the old school remote mount idea from busted knuckle off road and other ideas from a ls1tech forums. The “housing cradle sits ontop of the trans tunnel and from there the brake lines go to the F/R - if you due a 4.6dohc or a coyote or a godzilla swap you can mount the ibooster in the normal firewall location. Unfortunatly I dont have that luxury

Man, that’s awesome. I like the idea of electric boosted brakes.

How does the brake pedal feel? I went manual on my coyote swap, and like the feel of the firm pedal.

Its like a golf cart brakes. Theres no pedal feedback so the first couple times you def slam yourself on the steering wheel. Once you get the feel it brakes very well and fast. Hell, it stops a heavy a$$ tesla fast. Im sure with a coyote you can install the ibooster straight on the firewall.

Found in my phone a pic of the 3” aluminum exhaust. I made a chambered muffler and also a glass pack/exhaust tip 4” combo. For your viewing pleasure.

Did a thing today- installed hood louvers. Been kicking this idea around for years. Once one side was cut there was no turning back. At idle with one fan On it does kickout alot of hot air. Will see how it fares out. I can finally paint my hood.

I also hope it helps out. Looking into the vents from the back you can see the radiator fans so I hope it helps.

Well my test drive to pickup pizzas did not go as planned. 1 mile from the house the car died. Coasting to the shoulder I did some quick troubleshooting and my fuel pump was dead.
Well called my neighbor who gladly came in his chevy and towed me home. (Will hear about this for a while)
Direct 12v to the pump gave me nothing. On removal, well lets say this walbro has had better days. Pump is 5 years old. The car does sit with the same gas in the tank for months and at one time 2 years. However I think I will just make a new aluminum tank since I have all the materials to due it. Im gonna just change out the tank pump and wash the tank in the mean time. As next week Im taking this pig to my hometown carshow and its like a 1.5 hr drive.
