in essence yes. With slotted and drilled rotors and also stainless steel front brake lines

looks like a good deal, that price is hard to beat. I pieced together my 13" brake kit and it cost me about the same using parts store pieces and ss lines.

if you look at the link the pic with the green cobra wheel was my car i also had the rear kit as well that car was a box of poo but man did it stop like a champ!!
