Nitrous window switch settings ?'s

What on off rpm would you run on a window switch for nitrous on a 5.4 2 valve stock internals with a 100 shot. Piggybacking with a wot switch as well.

I've always heard that you don't want the nitrous to activate before 3k

So on at 3 and off couple hundred before rev limiter?
