Have a 94 GT with the AM/FM Cassette Premium. Wired up a Pioneer stereo and installed it. Radio came on, but no sound. This is a known good stereo. Before I go get another wiring harness, is there anything I could be missing?

1- was the original stereo working before you removed it?
2- does your car have original external amps?
3- did you use a harness adapter, or did you splice your wires in?

take a pic of the wire harnesses and it will tell us what you have in the car and give us an idea of how you wired into it(there is a couple of different ways). It could be as simple as connecting the remote turn on from the deck to the amp turn on in the car or something bigger.

well those are the harnesses, not the connections. That tells us that you have the mach or premium sound system which would mean you need to ensure you have the blue remote turn on from the deck to the blue/white(I think it has a white stripe on it) amp turn on that should go to the larger harness
