O2 sensor wiring questions!!!

Need help knowing what each O2 sensor wire goes to and where to find where it ends up. (I have rear ones deleted) I know at least two on each sensor go to the PCM by looking at pin outs but each plug has four wires. The O2 sensors on the car currently only have two wires going to them (I’ll just ignore that for now)and the passenger side has the plug ripped off so I was just planning on just running new wire from the pcm back. Any comments would help! Thank you!

Probably easier to buy the O2 harness.
