Well, well, well.... What do we have here??? Some AWESOME BALLAR ASS MOTHA TRUCKIN' Rides for ROTM.... it's up to YOU to pick the best one... ;)

Winchers123

I picked up this mustang off Craigslist from a girl who said it was over heating. Paid 1200 for the car, running and driving. The next three weeks I found all kinds of stuff wrong with it so I bought another motor and trans from a local on Craigslist for 600. After than it was just one thing after another with catching deals of craigslistnand eBay. First it was long tubes then a whole rear end with 373's then wheels to finish it off a vortech Headunit and piping. So this car has been a lot of fun for me putting a lot of my knowledge of building Hondas into to make good power. So here's the list......

1996 mustang gt

ENGINE/TRANS
npi bottom and npi heads
pi cams
svo intake manifold
stock cobra throttle body
Monster energy catch cans (lol)
BBK long tube headers (what ***** to get in!)
Vortech v2 s trim supercharger (I have no idea on boost)
Lightning maf
42lb injectors
aeromotive stealth 340lph intake pump
Flow master series 40's
Upr triple hook clutch cable kit
373 gears
sct ford pro tuner (self tune)

WHEELS/SUSPENSION
enkei rpf1 17x9.5 +38 offset f&r
falkin zeix 512 275/40/17 tires f&r
stock cut springs (couldn't even tell you how much, but they do fall out the rear... Lol)
Strange engineering 10way fox struts
prothane upper axle housing bushings

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR
carbon wrapped hood/roof/trunk
Shorty antenna
kirkey seats
lm1 wideband
bluepoint microscan (data reference)

Future plans for the car are.......

rebuild t45 transmission
new front wheel bearings
aem multigauge (boost/wideband)
aje k member (only to make the car easier to work on)

KillNThrill24

First off I would like to thank everyone who nominated me.... Never would have guessed MY car would even be selected to go in the running! You guys are a lot cooler than you might look :D

I've had my car since April of '12. When I bought the car it had about 135k on the clock, and sat like a 4x4. Mods that were done to it were

American Muscle Bullitt 17x8's
B&M short throw
Blown out raspmaster mufflers welded in on the stock 2 1/4 piping
Pypes o/r x pipe
BBK cold air intake
And (I think Shifty figured it out to be a Bama) tune. Which means it also came with a free tuner!

Everything else about it was bone ass stock. Not bad tho for the price!

It was a fantastic car up until last fall when the spark plug shot out of the head. Since then it's been one battle after another, one heartache after another, but more importantly one friend after another. With every bad thing that's happened to this car I've gained more friends from helping me out so I'm not at all complaining. I couldn't throw in the towel on it yet and now I'm in too far to pull the plug LOL.

Current mods:
Bullitt intake manifold
JLT Cold Air
Bassani o/r x
3in Borla XR1's from the one and only MC
Dynomax tails
3.73's
Auburn Pro series Diff
Moser 31's
Downs diff cover
Cobra rear brakes
98 Cobra rear axle housing
Eibach Sportlines no iso's
Eibach rear sway bar
J&M upper control arms
J&M race lower control arms
MGW short throw
Custom Bama tune
95Rs 17x9/10.5
00R hood painted metallic black
Mach lip
Mach 1 seats
Billet upper and lower grilles painted black
Stock wing shifted back on the trunk and painted metallic black
Tinted tails

I really can't remember if that's everything or not haha but I think it is! If you compare the before and after lists you'll see I literally replaced everything it had on it and added a bunch to it. The plans from here on out are pretty simple

MMR 900 shortblock with 5.0 boss 302 stroker (which means 5.3l of Ford displacement!!)
TFS heads
Turbo! (kit undecided yet... If I decide to I might just fab my own up...)
Custom turbo cams
Ship the T45 out to the source to have them beef it up
Aluminum DS
Either Centerforce DF or McLeod clutch. Depends on total power I manage to hit, and money of course
Coilovers
Maybe a watts link
Bilsteins

As you can see I left all the really expensive stuff for last LOL. All in all, this car has been one HELL of a learning experience that I have most definitely enjoyed and I have met some really awesome people from owning it that I appreciate more than anything else. It's been a long battle but I will keep on fighting this thing :) Thanks again guys really means a lot to me, win or lose!

As it sat the day I bought it

As it sits as of last week

And the most recent mod done!

Stay tuned, more to come from this car :)

First of all id like to thank all you guys on this forum that have helped me with tech info and such. I've learned so much about these cars just from searching this forum and asking questions. Its a huge honor to be selected for this contest.

As for the car, i purchased my 95 GT in october of 2011 my senior year in high school. My dad got me into the mustang world, as he has owned many 60s and 70s mustangs and currently has a 2000 GT. I found the car locally here in Pittsburgh on Ebay and after i saw it in person i purchased my first car. The car was in rough shape to say the least with a ripped up top and interior. Ive done my best to bring the car back to life and have huge plans for it.

Walking Tall

Thanks everyone! It's an honor to be considered.

I bought the car in December of 2012. I had been wanting a Mustang for a long time and had finally convinced my wife. The only condition was that all of the money had to come from overtime.

From August - December I worked every spare hour I could and finally brought it home. When I bought it , it was a bone stock car with hail damage on almost every panel.

The specs are:
95 GT
T-5
Canary Yellow
Black cloth interior.
120k miles.

Mods:
96-98 Cobra hood
Cobra bumper
LMR Cobra light kit
5% tint

H&R SS springs
18x9/10 Anthracite FR500 wheels

BBK Catted H pipe (gutted)
Flowmaster catback
Steeda Tri-Ax shifter
Exedy Mach 350 Clutch

I am going to hold off on voting until you guys put up pictures of a clean engine bay(Winchester123) and a clean interior(KillNThrill24). Then I can make a informed decision.

walkingtall, that car has transformed since the last time I saw it! great work!

winchers, I really dig the attitude of that car. wicked.

vote goes to jed though. car is what I wish mine looked like, and is definitely the most "done" project here.

PS. holler at me when you get rid of that hood!

Haha I'll get up a clean interior tomorrow.. I was in the middle of a roadtrip when I took this pic and it shows!

I'm throwin my vote Casey's way. Been watching his car for awhile and really love what he's done to it since he bought it

going with Wichers123. Love the rarer color and the black hood, roof and trunk... (Of course I could be a little biased on that, lol)

Great competition here guys. I pulled my seats out already because of my heater core but I do Believe I took a pic of my cleaned interior just before that road trip that I'll look for at lunch and post
