Unfortunately the county I live in has emissions (no visual however) but the two counties that boarder us do not. I just need to find a address to use to register my cars

I'd gladly trade my BBK O/R x-pipe for a gutted stock piece or an aftermarket H pipe with high flow cats.

I was happy to find a set of unused high flow cats just before christmas on marketplace for $100 that I welded onto mine. If you don't have a welder it would not be a big deal for a muffler shop to add them.

so whats wrong with high flow cats? from what I read they dont really affect HP just cost a bit more...
or is it like the gun debate.... they keep taking little by little... and the cats are the first step....?

Not to mention. If you run cats on a car that makes a lot of wot pulls, you can melt the cats.
