Possibly yes. Depending on how large his exhaust piping is. The 555 run small though.
I'm running 315's on 17x10.5"s LMR fr500s lowered. Had to remove the quad shock obviously. One side the exhaust rubbed sometimes because it was slightly bent so I installed 5/8" spacers and now there's no clearance issues.

I had fr500s with 315 nitto 555s and yes, they rubbed during turns. Tires rubbed pretty bad on the inner wheel well and I fixed the problem by smashing the inner wheel well in with a big hammer.
