I don't play much video games, but when I do, I play racing. The outdated Grand Turismo Sport (happened to find the PS CD on my shelf) with realistic handling and track driving simulator has got me hooked. Few months later I went to a local track day event with my friend's nicely built S550. Boy it's just such an awesome experience. I am totally hooked.

While I don't have a budget for a dedicated built, I started to play with idea of gradually making my SN95 more track friendly. After some time spent online I found one of the best examples to follow, that I thought you guys will definitely appreciate: https://specsandmods.com/ford-mustang-sn95-with-coyote-swap-track-build.html

According to the text the guy built it himself and it looks more than legit. Wonder what would be the budget to build something like this DIY? And what would be the cost to have the same suspension setup? I will definitely consider doing the suspension first.

It looks to be a pretty solid build, but also pretty standard stuff besides the full gutting and cage. Check out @white95 build. Similar idea, little more street than this car, handful of more trick things coming down the line.

MM's full Maximum Grip box is about $7k, but it sounds like he's not running the torque arm setup, so little less than that.

Thanks, Sam. Tyler’s car is so much more developed in areas than mine! He doesn’t have a unicorn headlight knob though.
