Questions guys. I have a Catted X with flowmaster catback. Every since I put in the P.I. motor and had all the work down when you rev it up and it comes down a get not the crackling noise but like a pop a loud one almost sounding like a back fire. What could cause this? It never did it with the old motor. It sounds like it comes from the driver side area where the cat is. Any suggestions?

Just headers that came off the PI motor. Are they any different from a NPI?

Not sure if they're different, but it's the manifold type.
The maniflods will pop a lot whey you're decelerating, mine sure did, PI's, stock manifold, prochamber and catback.
Not sure if there's other causes, but it's louder with "louder" exhaust.

It is probably the excess fuel being burnt. Different heads, different characteristics.
