no. whatever it is, if it was a LLM's idea then it's a bad idea.

you've made two posts ever on here and they're both the exact same post 2 weeks apart, why wouldn't you just continue the previous one?

400 RWHP is "enough" for me, but more would be funner. :)

That said, I don't see that combo making 475 HP at the crank (?). All the cooling stuff, not needed. 31-spline axles, overkill (?), MSD ignition kit, not needed, and put cats on unless you like to stink (and breathe it).

My $.01324 (inflation)

I find the jollies of "mo powa baby!" isn't as great as just walking out to a really good sounding lower power cruiser and letting it sing. Speaking from my green and red cars experience. Faster green car gets, the more of a headache I get with it and the less I enjoy driving it. The WOT blasts decrease as well since you need increasingly longer and safer stretches of road to open the taps comfortably. NJ has far too many widow makers on every road.

Yeah definitely agree with you there. The "best" combo is a personal thing and really comes down to your goals, but after my friends owning everything from stock to 1100hp street monsters, I find the 400-600hp range is just perfect for a street cruiser. And what you said about being able to enjoy it on the street is spot on. My HCI 302 shitbox doesn't make enough power to get out of hand, sounds great and is a real blast to drive. I might shove a 347 under there at some point just for a little more low end, but the rest of my engine package is all the fun I need on the street. For me I find it's more fun to drive a slow car fast, than a fast car slow ;)

Took the words out of my mouth.. around 500 is the sweet spot. Fast enough to have a good time but not so crazy you question if you're going to blow it up or wrap it around a tree every single time you lay into it.

If it’s a on hard tire it might wanna wrap around a pole anytime . My cars dangerous as hell on a hard tire on the street that’s why I try and always have radials on my street wheels

This is true! You are smart for doing that. Mickey Thompson RT streets... the new model.. The RT stands for rock throwers.. or r888s if you don't want the buoyant feeling around the corners
